Modular Home Build
Location : Niagara Falls, ON.
Looking to build a modular home in the Niagara region? Here is a modular home build project we completed. We secured the sill plates to the foundation and then the prefab home was lifted onto the house foundation. We stick framed the garage walls, and installed the engineered roof trusses. Minor stick framing had to be completed for the roof. After it was all framed, we stitched in the shingles and siding to wrap up the exterior. Minor work had to be completed on the interior to complete this modular home.
